Response updates through April 22
For several reasons the COVID-19 coronavirus is raising questions, concerns, frustrations and perhaps even fears.
With regard to what this virus is, how it spreads, and who is most vulnerable to COVID-19, please refer to the CDC’s website. And then, of course, consult your physician for any questions you might have.
We’ve all heard measures taken to limit the risks associated with what are being called large gatherings and in some cases, specific numbers are now being used to define such gatherings. And yes, that would include our weekend services.
In an effort to be proactive and sensitive to all of the information we’ve received, we will be moving all of our worship gatherings online through April 22. We will be live online during all of our regular service times: Saturday at 4:30 and 6:30pm and Sunday at 9 and 11am CDT.
You may have questions like, what about KidsCrossing? Or can I still meet or pray with a pastor? The video above addresses those questions and many more.
YouthCrossing will be meeting online as well during this time. We will be hosting a live online YouthCrossing Experience each Wednesday at 6:30pm to give our students a chance to connect, have a little fun and talk about all that’s been happening. We would love for you to encourage your child to join us. Details will be posted on the YC Instagram and Facebook page, so stay tuned.
Groups and classes are also being modified. Watch your email for details from your ministry leaders if you registered for anything scheduled to meet through April.
We will continue to post updates here.
