Join other Crossing folks to help renovate a bathroom at Unfailing Love Church and Community Resource Center in North City.
Unfailing Love serves our North City neighbors by restoring hope, meeting needs, and building community. The bathroom renovations will add more capacity to serve the surrounding neighborhood with showers, washers, and dryers. We get a chance to be a small part of making their building more beautiful and functional!
Each serve day will focus on a different area of the bathroom:
November 12: Remove fixtures, put underlayment down, set/mark shower pan, mortar, and set tile
November 15: Finish flooring & grout
November 24: Frame walls for shower, plumbing
December 1: Finish Drywall, shower walls
This is a great job for our Construction Crew, but no professional skills are needed. Anyone willing to work hard is welcome, but this opportunity is best for adults only.
