We take your privacy very seriously, but we also rely on a lot of data to do effective ministry. To that end, we're simply going to tell you what kind of information we collect and what we do with it.

For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically recognizes and records the visitor's domain name and IP address (where possible). We also collect:

  • The email addresses of those who communicate with us via email (both directly and via web form).
  • The email addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, online campus, and any other form that solicits an email address.
  • Information on what pages visitors access or visit.
  • Information volunteered by the visitor during account creation or class/event/group registrations including but not limited to name, address, telephone numbers, birthdate, gender, marital status, grade, photo, and any other volunteered information.
  • We also implement "open" and "click" tracking in all emails/links sent from this web site to facilitate internal statistics gathering, quality control, and for management purposes.

At no time is this data shared with (or sold to) third parties or other attenders of this church, except as where required by law.

Photos uploaded to this site are used for internal purposes only ("putting a face with a name") and are not exposed on the web site for any public viewing. We also do not implement any sort of "Church Directory" exposing attender contact information publicly.

The information we collect is used to personalize the content of our website, used to notify visitors about updates to our website, used by us to contact visitors for ministry purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.
