Support the work of St. Louis Crisis Nursery in St. Charles County by working on small projects around the house. With five overnight nurseries and ten outreach centers, the Crisis Nursery cares for 6,500 kids a year whose families face an emergency caused by illness, homelessness, domestic violence, or overwhelming parental stress. On a typical serve day, we get to help with the upkeep that any home requires - cleaning the kitchen, sorting clothes, organizing closets, etc. so the staff can focus on caring for the children.
Volunteers must be age 14+ to serve at Crisis Nursery. Students who wish to serve without a parent/guardian must be 16+ and have the Parent Consent Form filled out and returned to outreach@thecrossing.church.
