Before we introduce anyone to a serving team, we ask that time be taken to reflect on what it means to serve in a Christ-centered
church environment. The following profile is a tool that will allow us to get to know each other better and to help you figure out
your next steps in your spiritual journey here at The Crossing.
We not only believe that each one of us should contribute our spiritual gifts and talents to the Body of Christ, but we also believe
each one of us should understand the tremendous responsibility that comes with representing Jesus and His church. As we decide together
what your next steps are regarding a team, please know that we will follow the leading of the Holy Spirit for guidance and His Word for
direction. Serving in a church is about following the teachings and example of Jesus Christ. Together we will follow His leadership and
direction.
We also truly believe that if God is calling you into any type of serving role at The Crossing, He will prepare and equip you to
accomplish His goals. “...for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose.” (Phil. 2:13).
Throughout history, God has used ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things. We trust His plan. We pray that you will as well.
