When you begin attending a church, you’re a joining a community of people. And what so many of us are missing during this time is the relational aspect of church - bumping into others in the lobby and catching up, turning to your neighbor during the message, and maybe, even, making plans to grab lunch or dinner after the service. So, while church these days may look a little different, we believe there are still ways to create intentional space for community surrounding church. One idea is to host church watch parties in your home. You can invite those you’re close to - the people that you’re already gathering with in small and safe ways (shall we call them your bubble? Your quaranteam? Your cov-hort?).
So, maybe it’s time for you to expand The Crossing at Your House to include few more people.
Whether you’re an experienced, super host or you’ve never opened your home to visitors, we’d love to provide some resources to help you host a fun, meaningful and safe time together. So, register to let us know you’re planning to host a watch party in your home. And if you’re one of the first 100 people to fill this out, you can choose to have a watch party kit delivered right to your home with some helpful and fun tools.
