What kind of summer person are you you? Do you like the heat? Or do you really. REALLY dislike the heat? Will we find you next to the pool this summer, or in the air conditioning until Fall rolls around?
Greg talked about people being honest about themselves and with themselves. Do you think our society struggles with this? How would you describe what you see?
Pastor Greg said we cannot leave the cross out of the gospel. What did he mean? Do you know anyone or read anything, see anything, where “Christians” are minimizing the cross or ignoring it all together?
Read these Scriptures:
Hebrews 10:12,
Romans 3:24-25,
Ephesians 1:7.
Is there anything you see in these verses that you have not seen before? Is there anything you would highlight that has particular meaning to you today?
Looking at your everyday life, would you say you live more like salvation is a gift or do you find yourself still trying to earn your way with God? Is your mind set on “grace” or “merit?”
What does communion mean to you? Do you remember when you first took communion? Does it mean more to you now? Has it ever seemed too familiar and lost its meaning? Did this message impact how you will take communion in the future?
And what did you think of that Zechariah story?!

Hebrews 6:19-20 What have you learned in this series? How is your hope in Jesus an anchor for your soul? Will you be different in any way moving forward?
