The Artisan Market is one of our favorite traditions to kick off the Christmas season. This free, family-friendly event provides a unique opportunity for people to support local businesses and artisans during the Christmas season. The Artisan Market is committed to providing a fun, warm, and friendly environment for families and friends to come hang out and purchase with a purpose - each year a percentage of every purchase made goes to support a local St. Louis nonprofit organization.

The 2025 Artisan Market will take place on Friday, December 5th from 6:00-9:00pm. Inside we'll have live Christmas music, activities for kids, and local artisans selling a variety of goods. Outside there will be s'mores, an outdoor Christmas movie, and local food trucks to enjoy.

FAQs

  • How do I become a vendor?

Vendor applications are open from July 1 through September 15, 2025 and are open to anyone in the community to apply. After applications close, the coordinators will review applications and vendors will be notified of their acceptance status by October 1, 2025. Due to the large number of applicants we receive each year, we unfortunately cannot accept everyone that applies.

  • What kind of vendors are you looking for?

We love supporting local artists, small businesses, restaurants and food trucks, so please apply if you’d like to be considered for the event. At this time, we are not accepting applications for direct sales companies, independent consultants, or self-published authors.

  • What organization is receiving the donations from the 2025 Artisan Market?

This year's recipient is Love Ministry Community Resource Center, a St. Louis-based ministry that’s a part of Unfailing Love Christian Church. Whether facing homelessness, recovering from addiction, or navigating financial hardship, ULCC offers hope and support through a day shelter (washing machines and showers included), a weekly food pantry, case management, a jobs program, and so much more.
